We provide more than just steel plates; we have comprehensive solutions for a variety of custom steel fabrications. We have the facilities in Carterville, GA, the processing equipment and the materials to handle any and all fabrications, from the first cut of a plate, to the cleaning and final painting in any color you choose.
We carry a large inventory of wear and impact steels to solve your abrasion problems. These abrasion resistant steel solutions include AR 400, 500 & 600 grades, non-magnetic Manganese, and our proprietary high-wear, high-performance, high-durability ENDURA line of steels and alloys including chrome carbide overlay plates.
To learn more about our varieties of abrasion resistant steels, we invite you to take a look at our Wear Plates page, or give us a call for a quick, free consultation.
To make sure that we can handle jobs of nearly any size, we have one of the largest cutting tables in Georgia, capable of handling up to 24 ft. lengths and 6 inches of thickness. We employ cutting technologies such as “TRUE HOLE” which guarantees our holes and cuts are precise and accurate.
We also provide painting and sandblasting services in our 50 ft. “inline” automated blast, paint and drying booth. This allows us to efficiently clean, paint and dry any job, big or small in a cost-effective manner.
To learn how we can help you with the manufacture or maintenance of your steel fabrications, we invite you to give us a call. We’re always happy to answer your questions.

Reference: ENDURA Steel Bucket Lip. The lip we purchased is standing up quite well, 33,202 Tonnes with very little wear, and our supervisor would like another lip, same as last time.
It (ENDURA/Manganese) lasted more than 2 years and is still working. We saved roughly $10,000 on the material alone, not counting the wages to make 8 panels. We also saved a lot of downtime.
